Dorian sofa
A sofa with a light, simple and basic structure, composed only of seat cushions and back cushions.
Underlining and in contrast with the soft shapes and roundness, are the sharp and succinct armrests: components that laterally enclose the cushions and form a wing that can be used as a support surface.

The armrests are covered in leather: the surfaces are deliberately divided into parts to optimise the leather consumption and to reduce waste. The attention paid to the best use of the material might seem like a limitation, but in reality it enriches the piece: the combination of limited sized cuts finished with seams, underlines the project’s intention and contributes to the design as a whole.
